If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your payment method, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By continuing and submitting this information, you agree to our purchasing policies and grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases, such as delivery agents.
Article 1. Ordering
Ordering item: Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive a confirmation email. Before receiving our confirmation email, if for any reason you want to cancel your order, please contacting us via with your reference number. If we have already received payment for this order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. Sometimes alternative arrangements may be necessary, in which case our Customer Service representatives will contact you to settle the refund.
Pre-order items: Once your order is placed in our system, we will send you a confirmation email following the estimated waiting time. Once that the item is made in our Atelier in Paris, your order will be dispatched within two days. Please keep in mind that if you placed an order containing a pre-order item, the whole order will be on hold and dispatched entirely.

Article 2. Price
The price of the products is expressed in euros. The prices displayed include the statutory Value Added Tax (all taxes included) in euro taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Prices are subject to the French T.V.A. If the VAT rate applicable on the date of the order is changed after the order has been made, the change will be reflected in the price of items without you being notified.
KUMIHO reserves the right to change its prices at any time, provided that the price appearing in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the purchaser.
KUMIHO subject to the VAT-based exemption scheme, the mention "VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the General Tax Code" will be indicated in its invoices.
Article 3. Delivery charges
The delivery charge for each order depends on the weight of your whole order. The cost for each item is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries.
We use COLISSIMO service with tracking for your delivery.
FRANCEShipping costs: 7-19 €/ ITEM
EU COUNTRIESShipping costs: 15-30€/ITEM
Article 4. Delivery time
4.1 KUMIHO will take the greatest of care to be as accurate as possible while dispatching your orders. We deliver your orders to your shipping information.
4.2 KUMIHO will dispatch the approved orders within 2 working days from the date of confirmation email. Delivery normally takes about 4 – 9 working days (Monday – Friday) from the time of placing the order.
FRANCE: 2-3 working days
EU COUNTRIES: 5-7 working days
4.3 Delivery times may vary depending on where the order is to be delivered. Occasional delays may occur during peak periods or in the case of unexpected events. At the latest, orders will be delivered within a thirty day window from placing the order. In the unlikely event that your delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.
Article 5. Withdraw your order
5.1 You have the right to cancel or return your purchases without pre-order item(s) before your received the email confirmation. If you wish to cancel or return your order, please provide us with notice via email to our Customer Service team. In this case, we will then provide a refund, attempting to use the same method that you used to make the payment (or, if the items have not yet been paid for, reflect the return of the items in your account balance). We will do this as soon as possible, as long as we have received the back. Another payment method may be used for the refund, provided that you consent to such change.
Article 5. Return & refund policies
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned for a refund within 15 days of the delivered date.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was delivered in the last 15 days
The product is not pre-oder items.
The product is in its original packaging
The product's hanging tags are still attached
The product isn't used or damaged.This means that the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

We will send you the return form, Please make sure that the return form is enclosed with your order and that this form must be completed and included in the package. Without this return form we will not be able to process.
Place the item(s) and the completed return form in the original shipping box.
Take the package to your nearest post-office within 15 days of the delivered date of your order. It is your own responsibility to ship the items wit track & trace.You are liable for damage to the items until we receive them at our warehouse, so in case of a dispute, we recommend that you keep proof of postage.

Return shipping charges
The return shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from KUMIHO.
If the item you have received is faulty, please notify Customer Service as soon as possible and return the item in accordance. For any items that we do find to be faulty, we will always provide a full refund exclude the cost of the shipping fees.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
Unfortunately, pre-order items cannot be refunded or exchange.

Article 7. Payment
When paying by PayPal, KUMIHO reserves the right to check the validity of the PayPal account, that there are enough funds to cover the purchase sum and validate the billing address details of the purchaser. VSVB reserves the right to deny any purchase. Your PayPal account will only be debited after your order has been dispatched from our Atelier. The currency used is Euro (€) for all countries.
